The RFP (Request of Proposals) is being issued to invite qualified bidders to submit a proposal for an advertising agency to provide integrated marketing services including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotions, and web based advertising services as well as public relations services on an as needed basis for the Tri-State Lotto Commission/New Hampshire Lottery Commission. From this point forward, the Tri-State Lotto Commission/New Hampshire Lottery Commission will be referred to as the
New Hampshire Lottery Commission or the Lottery.
