The Oneida County Health Department (OCHD) holds a Cancer Services Program grant from the NYS
Department of Health. It is the intent of OCHD to establish a contract with an advertising agency for the
purpose of marketing and advertising the Cancer Services Program to eligible clients, those being
uninsured/underinsured men and women ages 40 to 64.
Interested individuals or firms who would like to submit a proposal for services should contact Wendy

more information about the Cancer Services Program. Contract is dependent on grant funding to be
continued through March 31, 2017.
