The City of Lubbock, hereinafter referred to as "the City", is soliciting proposals for the services of a full-service advertising/marketing agency to assist with a variety of media campaigns, print publications and video presentations for various City departments. The proposer will advise on content and design of material; prepare the advertising/marketing product; select the appropriate media for advertising; place the buy; and handle the billing. The City will pay the proposer its hourly rate for these services and will reimburse the proposer the invoiced amount for media buys. The contract will be for two years with an option for a third year.
