The Contracting Authority is seeking to offer framework agreements to companies that can:
- Offer prompt distribution of radio commercials to all, or almost all, commercial radio stations in the UK,
- Provide quality control throughout the process, ensuring no loss of quality of thte audio when it reaches the stations,
- Provides verification of distribution and download by the radio station,
- Provide a reliable system with robust contingency plans.
