Advertising Consultant RFQ
The purpose of this project is to further develop the Green Guardian and RETHINK
RECYCLING advertising campaigns that can be used by the SWMCB and campaign
partners for its public information efforts.
The consultant will assist SWMCB in developing the SWMCB 2008 advertising
strategy used to promote the Green Guardian and RETHINK RECYCLING campaign.
Additionally, the project will consist of the implementation of the 2008 advertising
strategies targeted at the residents and children in the SWMCB region. It is also
the goal of the SWMCB to substantially increase traffic to the GreenGuardian.com
website.
