The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to hire a contractor to plan, design, execute and administer MVC's customer information and public awareness campaign by providing creative expertise, account and production services.

MVCs long-term goal is to provide customers with more information about MVC services and procedures and to distance itself from the negative connotations associated with the former DMV. The new MVC public awareness efforts, as well as its services and procedures, must be clearly identifiable to MVC employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
