Adverse Health Care Events Reporting System and Analysis
The State is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to design, adapt, deliver, and maintain a quality improvement system that includes: 1. the capability to accept and analyze adverse event reports from hospitals and ambulatory surgical treatment centers including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Plans, Measures of Success with trending and report generation and 2. generation of preventive guidelines, educational tools and ability to interact collaboratively.
