University intends to contract with a single supplier for consulting services in the form of an "Advancement Services Audit" to bring greater clarity, focus and purpose to current and future policies and procedures related to gift processessing, gift accounting, prospect research, data mining, data input, data cleanup, database access, database administration, reporting, analysis, etc... One of the chief outcomes of this assessment will be to place University Advancement (and the institution's alumni/donor database) on a trajectory toward enchanced analytic and predictive modeling capabilities critical to making key budgetary and donor engagement strategy decisions.
