Advanced Transportation Controller
The City has partnered for over 32 years to create a single uniform traffic signal system that includes a joint network, same controller and cabinet platform, and staff working side-by-side to operate the system. Since the development of that system, technology, functionality, and features have grown exponentially. The City and MoDOT are interested in utilizing these new technologies and features by upgrading our signal system within City Limits and thus improving our service to the citizens. Both agencies hereby request submittals by qualified vendors and manufacturers for review and evaluation, with the intent to award and partner with the most responsive and qualified vendor and product to complete this high priority project.
