The City is seeking a qualified contractor/vendor to furnish and install NEMA TS2 Traffic Signal Controllers into existing cabinets. The RFP also
desires to purchase and implement a compatible Advanced Traffic Management System software package to replace an existing TMS to better manage the City's traffic signals.
