The Metropolitan Government of Nashville, Davidson County, (Metro) is replacing all its mainframe software. One existing MNPD mainframe system is included in this RFP:

This RFP also includes the following new functionality:
Automated Field Reporting System
MNPD would also prefer that all modules for the records management and automated field reporting system come from the same vendor. MNPD may select multiple vendors if determined to be in MNPDs best interest. Vendors are encouraged to bid on all modules they can supply and are required to provide separate pricing for each system.
If awarded, the contract will commence approximately January 13, 2006, or the date the contract is signed and filed in the office of the Metropolitan Clerk. The performance period will be for five (5) years from January 16, 2006 through January 16, 2011.
