Advanced Metering Information Program (Meterlinks)
The City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) seeks proposals from companies or individuals to update and expand its current Meterlinks program which provides web-enabled, secured access to daily energy usage information on large companies to those customers and to City staff. In addition, CPAU is interested in providing some level of Automated Meter Information (AMI) that will give daily electric and usage and cost information to smaller customers, both commercial and residential. CPAU prefers that any chosen AMI system be able to be integrated with the current hardware and data collection in the Meterlinks program and the AMR pilot project. The required services are described in the Scope of Services.
