The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing training course Advanced Evidence, Forensic Evidence and Fourth Amendment in the Digital Age for Joint Military Judges Annual Training at the Naval Base San Diego, CA in accordance with the statement of work in the attached RFQ N00189-15-T-G006. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/).
The RFQ number is N00189-15-T-G006. The NAICS code is 611430- Professional and Management Development Training, and the small business standard is $7.0 Million dollars. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Purchasing Agent via e-mail or fax ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the System Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. NO QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT DFARS PROVISION 252.209-7993 AND FAR 52.222-52 RETURNED WITH QUOTES.
