Request for Proposals for Advanced Capture Document Processing Software
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in response to Columbia Valley Community Health's needs and contains specific requirements to be met by the vendor's proposed solution. The objective of this project is to select and implement a new advanced capture and document processing software to address Columbia Valley Community Health's current and future document processing needs.
This system will provide Columbia Valley Community Health's personnel with the necessary information to support the daily operations and management of the document intake and meet their information requirements for the future. Vendor submissions must address the following:
Software Acquisition and Installation
Implementation Services
Interface costs and support
Projected ongoing costs for upgrades and maintenance
Submission Requirements
