Adult Education and Literacy Programs
The Commission (the “Agency”) seeks proposals from Eligible Offerors to provide adults with sufficient basic education that enables them to effectively: 1.2.1 acquire the basic educational skills necessary for literate functioning; 1.2.2 participate in job training and retraining programs; 1.2.3 obtain and retain employment; and 1.2.4 continue their education to at least completion of secondary school and preparation for postsecondary education.
