Administrative Services Organization for the Behavioral Health Recovery Plan
The Departments of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Social Services seek proposals to serve as the Administrative Services Organization for the Behavioral Health Recovery Plan. Populations served include individuals enrolled in the Charter Oak Health Plan and the non-managed Medicaid program, including Medicaid Low Income Adults, Medicaid-only and Medicaid / Medicare dually eligibles.
