The STATE is seeking a contractor to provide administrative services for health benefit plan services. The State is seeking services related to administration of the Plan which covers political subdivisions and entities within the State of Montana. Services to be requested include but are not limited to claims administration, investment management of plan assets, trust management, development of plan adoption and enrollment materials for employers and employees, communication materials for employers and employees, and other administrative tasks needed to operate the Plan.
