Description of Objective:
NIH seeks information on available Business Process Management solutions for an automated web-based application that allows customer entry of Administrative service requests, provides status feedback to users, and gives management the ability to track and balance staff workload. Due to the sensitive nature of this data, NIH will host any vendor proposed solution.
