Administrative Claiming for Education
The objective of this procurement is to obtain a contractor to conduct the functions necessary for the generation of the quarterly Administrative Claiming for Education and Children's Intervention School Services (ACE/CISS) claim by the Georgia Local Education Agencies (LEAs) participating in the program. These functions include the development of a state of the art web-based financial system accessible to the LEAs for uploading financial information necessary for the generation of the ACE claim. The contractor will be responsible for training DCH and LEA staff on the functionality of the system and any updates to the system. The contractor will also conduct necessary services to assist Georgia's LEAs in preparing their annual cost reports and any additional reports required for the calculation of the cost settlement amounts on an annual basis. Contractor will calculate the cost settlement amounts and forward those calculations to DCH for review and approval.
