This bid is for the re-roofing of the oldest section of the administrative building located at the F.D. Roosevelt Wilderness Outdoor Therapeutic Program in Warm Springs, GA. This section of the building has approximately 6000 square feet of floor space and has shingle roofing. Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, material, and equipment to perform all work in accordance with the plans and specifications as outlined in the attached document titled "Specificiations for Re-roofing."
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held onsite at 675 Georgia Hwy 190, Warm Springs, Georgia 31830 on Tuesday, April 17th at 10:00 a.m. ATTENDANCE AT THIS CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A BID. Prior visits to the site do not negate this requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT PART OF THE ROOSEVELT INSTITUTE (also located in Warm Springs.)
