The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing
agreements with one or more companies on behalf of the State of Vermont Department of Human
Resources Workforce Development & Wellness Division is soliciting competitive, fixed price proposal for
services to administer influenza vaccine clinics to active and retired state employees at designated
worksites located geographically throughout the state. If a suitable offer is made in response to this RFP,
the State of Vermont (SOV) may enter into a contract to have the selected bidder perform all or part of the
work
