The purpose is to adjudicate claims from hospitals and their satellites for services billed to the Health Safety Net Trust Fund (HSNTF) based upon modified Medicare edit and payment guidelines and provide accountable reporting to EOHHS and the Health Safety Net Office (HSNO). Contracts resulting from this RFR shall start claims adjudication on October 01, 2007 and end December 31, 2008. Any extensions of contracts resulting from this RFR would be subject to satisfactory performance by any vendor that receives approval under this RFR. This contract may have options for renewing after a review of the first year results.
