The Bank , is seeking a qualified Contractor to implement its enterprise-wide Staff Survey and 360 Leadership Assessment. The term will start in July 2012 through June 2014 with possible option years. An optional component of this contract may also include an annual managerial performance evaluation process and potentially integrating it with the 360 Leadership Assessment.
The Contractor will be required to manage the account separately for Staff Survey and 360 Leadership Assessment as the 2 processes are administered separately with different timetables. For either process, the work includes, broadly, pre-survey work, administration of the surveys, preparing/distributing data/reports, analysis, and follow-up work.
The primary objective is for the Contractor to: 1) develop and administer a process that is both efficient and easily accessible by staffp 2) collect error-free responses from staffp and 3) produce valid and accurate reports in a timely manner. The entire process, including pre-survey work, survey administrations, report generation, data analysis, and follow-up action planning, must be implemented in a confidential and professional manner.
