Administration Building Roof System Replacement

This project consists of the systematic removal of the existing sprayed foam recovery roof system and
original built-up roof system down to the existing gypsum deck and installation of new base sheet, roof
insulation, roof membrane, flashings, copings, and accessories; approximately 62,000 square feet. The
building will remain occupied during construction and temporary protective measures will be required.
