7/29/2014 - The purpose of amendment A0006 is to extend the closing date to 8/05/2014 @ 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time; to delete Attachment 5, Fixed Price Breakdown and replace with revised Attachment 5, Fixed Price Breakdown. A column for Paid Time Off has been added. Also, the Summary - Price worksheet has been revised as the calculations were pulling from the Fixed Monthly Price column, and should have been pulling the Total Price column. The prevailing Health and Welfare fringe benefits issued under the Service Contract Act were increased on 7/22/2014 to $4.02/hour effective 7/22/2014. The new prevailing wage determinations will be uploaded to the Wage Determinations on Line www.dol.gov website sometime after 7/29/2014 and will be incorporated at contract award. There are no other changes as a result of this amendment. Please read the posted amendment carefully.
