Additions and Rennovations to Elementary School
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The work includes, but not limited to; a new library addition, renovation of existing school to include HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems, new roof, improvements to comply with ADA, new elevator and interior finishes. Sitework will include, upgraded storm drainage, improvements to loading area, relocation of playground equipment, and modifications to site utilities.
