Addition to School
This project consists of a six-classroom building addition, of approximately 10,500 square feet. The Work also
includes two additive alternates. Alternate No. 1 includes existing classroom and toilet renovations, totaling
approximately 3,000 square feet. Alternate No. 2 includes renovation to the existing Administration and Clinic areas,
totaling approximately 1,400 square feet. Sitework scope of work includes utilities, stormwater system and building
pads. The renovation of parts of the existing building includes selective demolition and new partition construction,
interior finish alterations, and mechanical and electrical system renovations. The work incorporates a building
automation system which is compatible with the existing energy management system.
