Acunetix upgrades and license renewal
The 502nd Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, TX intends to award a Sole Source contract to Alliance Technology Partners, 100 Chesterfield Business Pkwy Ste 200, Chesterfield, MO, 63005-1271, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for Acunetix upgrades and license renewal to provide a comprehensive web server scanning tool used to identify vulnerabilities that may be present in web sites owned and operated by the USAF for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Alliance Technology Partners, on a sole source basis. Acunetix Sales Team relayed Alliance Technology Partners as the only partner whom is directly trained by Acunetix Technical Staff and has the capability to handle this requirement in its entirety including all license upgrades and consistently high volume of scans on demand. The NAICS Code is 511210 and the small business standard size is $35.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be received no later than 19 May 2014, 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal procurement action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the government.
