Actuarial and Financial Review of Captives and RRGs
The State is seeking bid proposals from firms competent to review applications from companies seeking to form a captive insurance company or risk retention group (RRG) and to review actuarial reports and statements of opinion in conjunction with captive insurance company and RRG examinations performed by the Department during the course of July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2013.
