The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms interested in providing postemployment health care actuarial studies under Governmental Accounting Standards, five-year projects on postemployment and pension related costs, and management advisory services on potential changes to the Department's reporting model as related to pension, disability, death benefits, and postempolyment health care plans.
