Activity Center Front Entrance Improvements
A pre-bid meeting will be held August 18, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond is required with the bid; 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder.
This contract is for improvements to the front entrance including replacing concrete paving, replacing the exterior vestibule storefront and entrances and installation of new rain drainage improvements and ADA access to the Activity Center. The contract includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services required for and incidental to the miscellaneous repairs and replacements indicated.
