Acquistion & Redevelopment of Property
The City is seeking parties interested in submitting proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment of two City-owned parcels consisting together of approximately three-quarters of an acre, along with air rights over a public right-of-way between the parcels, and a second approximately three-quarters of an acre parcel for urban-scale, commercial office, retail or mixed-use development.
