Acquisitions and installation of curriculum software and related services

Vendors should propose specific instructional software products and prices for which
they can sell a perpetual or subscription license. ITS will format these products from the
various Vendors as a Software Curriculum Express Products List (SCEPL) and publish
the resulting document on the ITS web site. Customers may purchase directly from this
list up to a specified dollar amount without going through ITS for approval.
