Acquisition of Turnkey 504/UFAS Ready Units
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) hereby requests proposals from developers, property owners and/or real estate firms in the City of Pittsburgh that has the capacity to produce and sell to HACP Handicap Accessible units that meet the requirement of the Section 504 of the Federal Code of Federal Regulations. The units must be within the City of Pittsburgh as these units will form part of HACP's Scattered Sites 504/UFAS units.
