Acquisition of Right-of-Way
The County is requesting proposals to provide acquisition of right-of-way and/or easements associated with various roadway improvement projects for the 2013 calendar year. Interested firms should submit a lump sum fee per parcel for each parcel acquired. This fee is to include all tasks associated with the acquisition of right-of-way and/or easement per parcel, such as, but not limited to: deed/title search, parcel valuation, negotiation, document preparation, and closing. Other aspects of acquisition such as individual parcel appraisals and condemnation will be negotiated with the successful consultant on an “as needed” basis.
