Acquisition & Relocation Services
The three projects include approximately 30 tracts with approximately 7 total takes with associated relocations. The acquistions are a mixture of residential and commercial properties. Business signs are to be considered personal property and relocated accordingly. The project is funded with Federal money so all acquisitions and relocations must be in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 as amended.
