On November 6, 2007, Denver voters passed 9 ballot initiatives aimed at maintaining the Citys
critical infrastructure now and in the future. The initiatives included $12,000,000 for land
acquisition, design and construction for a Westside Library. The purpose of this document is to
provide interested parties with sufficient information to prepare and submit submissions for 1)
land or 2) land, design and construction.
