Acquire and Operate City-Owned Homes for Multi-Use
The City requests proposals from qualified non-profit agencies to acquire, own, and use four (4) City-Owned houses to provide affordable, transitional, or permanent supportive housing. The City will convey the Properties to the non-profit agency that submits the best proposal and greatest assurance the Properties will be used to provide affordable, transitional, or permanent supportive housing for at least 10 years.
