The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Acoustic Measurement System, part number 6735-0001-00 (Quantity - 1 each); 2) Aperture, 2 Degree Round, part number 6730-0004-00 (Quantity - 1 each); 3) Software, SW-730, SpectraWin-2 Lite, part number 6730-0002-00 (Quantity - 1 each); 4) Neutral Density Filter, ND-730-1, part number 6730-0008-02 (Quantity - 1 each); 5) Neutral Density Filter, ND-730-2, part number 6730-0008-03 (Quantity - 1 each); 6) Reflectance Standard, RS-3, part number 6730-0008-05 (Quantity - 1 each); 7) Molded Hard Carrying Case, CC0730, part number 6730-0009-14 (Quantity - 1 each); 8) Variable 2,4,8 Option, VBW-730, part number 6730-0003-00 (Quantity - 1 each); 9) Shipping Charge (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Photo Research, Inc., 9731 Topanga Canyon Place, Chatsworth, CA 91311due to compatibility with existing hardware. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
