The National Institute of Health Office of Purchasing and Contracts intends to negotiate and award a contract to The College of American Pathologist (CAP) Northfield, IL 60093-2750 to provide various proficiency tests for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1.
