Seeking contractor(s) to provide comprehensive services for accounts receivable management, including but not limited to collections of delinquent debts owed to state agencies, departments, boards or commissions, and any ORCPP members. The State's objective is to enter into Price Agreement(s) that will provide comprehensive services.
