Accounts Receivable Collection Services
College is seeking qualified vendors to perform Accounts Receivable Collection Services for both Primary and Secondary Placements,
College, as part of the University System, operates in a complex business environment whereby operating revenue from student registrations is generated. Management of any accounts receivable resulting from this revenue generating activity is important to the financial health of the institution. Throughout any given semester transactions occur that create situations in which a student owes. These can result from partial payments on registrations, incomplete payments, or adjustments to previous payments. Board of Regents policy states that full payment is due at the time of registration.
