Accounting Services
We are looking to outsource our requirement of Accounting and Book-keeping Services. The duration of the work is 5 years.
Scope:
1. To integrate fully integrated general ledger, sales ledger, budgeting module, fixed asset register, electronic cash book and accounts payable.
2. There must be a migration of general ledger data from the predecessor system to the new system.
3. To provide a robust accounts payable service processing in excess of 20 000 invoices per annum.
4. To have a detailed understanding of VAT regulations
5. To demonstrate a successful track record of similar implementation and service provision projects.
