Account Management and Marketing Services
The State is seeking a contractor to provide program and account management services for the EAP program. Some of these services are: assist with management and oversight of program operations; provide account management to existing EAP accounts; prepare program management utilization reports; process all program invoices and track program expenses; facilitate the integration of EAP clients with disabilities into the VR rehabilitation system; grow the size of the program yearly; develop and implement marketing plans; respond to all critical incident stress requirements and other services as required.
