DLA's objective is to determine if a cost effective Software as a Service (SaaS) solution is available in the open market. DLA is seeking a fully supported hardware and software environment solution. Support will be Service based. All Services shall be compliant with applicable Federal and DoD Laws, Rules, and Policies. Hosting, Infrastructure, maintenance/sustainment, development, database, reporting capability, training, documentation and user support shall be the responsibility of the vendor.
