The Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids to accessibility conversion & rehabilitation.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies to complete the work. The Contractor must also pay all applicable taxes and provide required insurance, permits and bonding. OHA will award a contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
