Colorado Northwestern Community College requests submittals for pre-qualification of General Contractors for two new buildings on the Craig Campus. The Academic Building (70,000 SF) and the Career & Technical Center (17,000 SF) plus associated site work on 18.7 acres such as grading, site drainage, paving, landscaping, utilities, irrigation and other site infrastructure.
