Abstinence-Based Sex Education
The County Office Department of Social Services invites proposals from qualified parties to provide a program of abstinence based sex education to at-risk young adolescents, which emphasize delaying sexual activity, for a period commencing on or about January 1, 2012 and ending three years later.
