The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (Commission), the urban renewal agency for the city of Portland, Oregon, is soliciting sealed quotes for the abatement of hazardous building materials at a residential property owned by the Commission at 8801 SE Foster Road, Portland, Oregon 97266. Quotes will be received at the Commissions office located at 222 NW 5th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97209 until 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on May 25, 2010 after which time quotes will not be received. A voluntary pre-quote walk-through will be held on May 19, 2010 from 10:00 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) at 8801 SE Foster Road, Portland, Oregon 97266.
