Abatement and Demolition
The work will consist of asbestos abatement in the interior portions of the 4th Floor to include removal and disposal of spray-applied fireproofing, drywall construction, resilient floor tile and mastic, and chilled water piping and fitting insulation. Demolition of the doors and door frames are also included.
